Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the ValueInvestIndia platform. By accessing or using our website at valueinvestindia.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Nature of the Service
ValueInvestIndia provides AI-assisted equity research reports on Indian listed companies using a Buffett and Munger style fundamental analysis framework. All research is produced for educational and informational purposes only. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell securities, or a guarantee of returns.
Investing in equities involves significant risk including the possible loss of principal. Past performance of any company or strategy discussed on this Platform does not guarantee future results. Always consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making investment decisions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The Platform is intended for users in India, though access is not geographically restricted.
3. Account Registration
You may register using your email address or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4. Subscription and Access
Ad-supported access: Individual stock reports may be unlocked at no charge by watching a short advertisement. Each unlock grants 7 days of access to that specific stock's report.
Paid subscription: A monthly subscription at ₹499/month grants unlimited access to all reports for the duration of the subscription period. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Intellectual Property
All research content, reports, analysis, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of ValueInvestIndia. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, screenshot for redistribution, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Financial data sourced from Tijori Finance is used under licence. Third-party trademarks and company names referenced in research are the property of their respective owners.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: share your account credentials or unlocked content with others; use automated tools to scrape or extract research content; attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; or impersonate another person or entity.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our research is complete, accurate, up-to-date, or suitable for your specific investment objectives. Financial data may be subject to errors, delays, or omissions. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our research.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValueInvestIndia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any research content, including financial losses from investment decisions.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
